Our family of ten (four couples and two toddlers) stayed at Harry Potters Hideout in June 2010. It was my choice and I was a bit anxious as people tend to "over sell" things. Not so at Harry's! If anything the house is better then depicted. Everything was in new condition and immaculate. The televisions and video games worked flawlessly. The spa heated from ambient to operating temperature in 20 - 30 minutes. If anything it was too well equipped, as my son-in-law judiciously removed the flat screen from the Tinker Bell room before assigning our "adorable" 3 and 5 year-old grand daughters to sleep there! The community was excellent with a large zero-entry pool, water slide, spa, movie room, game room, several park play areas, etc. - and well monitored security. The location was perfect for Disney; about fifteen minutes from the house to boarding Disney trams, ten of that on Disney property - with no traffic jams! Numerous restaurants, fast food, etc. are also close by, as well as Target and Publix (Our favorite "top tier" Florida/Georgia supermarket chain). Finally I can't say enough good about our treatment by property managers Champion Villas (who replaced a damaged coffee pot "instantly" on Sunday morning). We'll be sure to stay at Harry's on our next trip to Disney.

Our family has spent the last 3 Spring Breaks at Disney World. First year at a Disney Resort, second year in a condo and the third year at the Dalmatian Den. By far this was the best of the 3. The Dalmatian Den met all of our families needs, lots of space, very clean, close to the Disney Parks and of course the private POOL!!! The kids had a blast in the pool and the parents loved unwinding in the hot tub with a beverage at end of a fun filled day watching the fireworks from Disney off in the distance. The house location made it really easy to sneak away from the Parks mid day to rejuvenate with a swim, some relaxation, a snack and then head back to the Parks for more fun in the evening!! The house rental experience was hassle free from the start. The management company worked hard to ensure that every little detail was covered. They were excellent at ensuring to answer the many questions we had with courtesy and patience. They also ensure to provide the little extras such as detailed directions to the home from the airport, recommendations on places to visit while in Florida to providing lots of towels for the pool, movies for the many TV's, trust us there were no details left unaddressed at the Dalmatian Den. It had it all and more!! Overall our family had another great Florida vacation and the Dalmatian Den was definitely one of the main contributors!!! The kids ask regularly when can we return to the Dalmatian Den!!!

I want to let you know we made it back home to Canada and had the most wonderful time at your Villa. Thank you for sharing it with us. I also thought you would like to know that I have stayed at 4 different villas over the last 10 years and yours was the most well kept. Everything was clean and things were not broken, beds were comfortable and the pool heat was perfect (I have stayed in places that we might as well not pay for the pool heat). Your management company is doing a great job.

Just a quick mail to say a Big Thank You for letting us stay in your villa this April, to put it bluntly, we had a fantastic time. Your villa was very clean and comfortable and the location was great, so many times we've booked a 'Disney Villa' and been 30 minutes down the i27 or the wrong end of the 192, it was so easy for us to get to all the locations so easily.

I’m so sorry for take so long for this thank you but it has been crazy here since I got back. I want to thank both of you fo0r the wonderful time we had in Orlando over the Christmas vacation. The house was PERFECT. No one got on each other’s nerves and everyone had a room to themselves, and everyone enjoyed the tower you left. I hope my daughter left everything in good order when she left on Saturday. Thank you very much for accommodating us on such short notice. I will certainly tell all our friends who are looking to rent in Orlando how easy an experience it was for us to rent the house. Again, thanks for everything.
